How I meet the standard
I meet the standard as a Collaborator because I always make it a point of priority to learn from others and improve the ways in which I can educate students and athletes. I enjoy sharing the things I learn as well as the resources I already have in order to help my colleagues and improve practices for students and athletes.

In artifact 1, I demonstrate how to collaborate with prospective student athletes in order to make it not only easier but more convenient for them to take our athlete survey and also for my colleagues to take that information and put it to the correct use.

In artifact 2, I collaborate with other colleagues in order to achieve the best possible instructional video. Learning simple tips from the professor to taking tips from other colleagues in order to improve the video, it was called one of my best works during the program.
