How I meet the standard
I meet the standard as a Leader for the reason I seek out opportunities to become a leader and lead those which include athletes and students. I feel a sense of empowerment when it comes to teaching what I am passionate about and making sure that the students and athletes learn in an environment that is comfortable for them.

Here in artifact 1, I demonstrate how as a leader it is important to refine your work until it is as good as it can be as shown here in this infographic. From substituting to modifying it is important to do all you can for those who you teach.

Here in artifact 2, I demonstrate how to use the skills I learned in video editing class to achieve the assigned goals. As the first assignment in class I demonstrated leadership abilities by volunteering to go first and providing the rest of the class with a good demonstration video.
